The Directors
Below is a quick resume of each of the Directors of CLIFTON DRIVE MANAGEMENT (LYTHAM ST. ANNES) LIMITED. There is at least one director in each of the four Houses or blocks. The Houses are Windsor (A Block), Sandringham (B Block), Buckingham (C Block) and Balmoral (D Block). It is not necessary to contact the director in your house, all the directors work together so everyone is aware of all the issues within the Majestic Apartments.
Eric Brown
Director
Eric is probably our longest serving leaseholder and has a fount of knowledge. Having spent many years in the building trade his advice and expertise are invaluable.
Tony Berwick
Husband of Pauline and Father of Rachel and two grandchildren
Tony has no specific qualifications that qualify him as a Director apart from a desire to make our apartments as good to live in as the view we get from our balconies. A resident for only two years and in his 82nd year hopes to use his talents to the benefit of all residents
Sue Blackburn
Director
Sue is our record keeper and is invaluable as we use it to keep our long suffering Realty Manager, Simon on his toes.
Sue has spent much of her working life advocating for the more vculnerable and marginalised in society. She feels that it is important that everyones voice is heard.
She hopes that in some small way she can help the Majestic to be a great place to live with a true sense of community.
Denis Lees
Director
Denis is the man you turn to if you have a problem. He can turn his hand to most things and in the course of a year can save us a considerable amount in contractors and other fees

Simon Perkin, AIRPM
Property Manager
No job, big or small, is too much for Simon! He relishes an opportunity for a challenge. With over 3 years’ experience he enjoys problem solving,like overseeing the replacement of the roof on a Grade II listed building.
Outside of work, Simon is a keen winter sports enthusiast, playing Ice Hockey, teaching snowboarding and skiing.
Simon is the father of an awesome 3 year old!
Robert Prichard, MA, MCD, MIRPM, AssocRICS
Director of Property Management
Educated to Masters-Degree level in more than one industry-specific subject,
He has a background in residential developments for Developerse. He ensures practical and compliance matters are handled competently
Robert has a keen interest in fine Whiskies and has amassed quite a collection over the years, he is an outdoors man choosing to live in the peak district with his Wife, sons, and a menagerie of pets

Chris is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over twenty years industry experience providing advice and core Building Surveying services to a wide range of public and private sector Clients. Chris is also an experienced Party Wall Surveyor and is a member of the Association for Project Safety.

ason Reynolds is Head of Architecture. Jason is an experienced commercial Architect, being in the Architectural profession for over 20 years. In that time he has been involved in many types of commercial building design including: Offices, Industrial, Residential, Leisure and Retail.
